DELIVERY & STORE POLICY
We are so happy with your purchase of KHEWELLA pieces. Your order will be processed the next business day.
Most in-stock items will arrive at a USA address within 2-7 business days. However occasionally, due to situations beyond our control, some orders may take longer.
All orders sent outside the USA will be sent with the delivery date options you choose at check out and you should consider the estimated delivery times you see during check out, however delays may incur depending on pending on Customs.
Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you know what charges to expect.
We reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
KHEWELLA will contact you if an item is out of stock from your order or if additional information is required for any reason.
We operate from Monday to Friday so if you contact us on Friday, please expect replies on next Monday. We are closed on all major holidays.
You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.
Prices for KHEWELLA items are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We hope that you are completely in love with your KHEWELLA items. However if you do wish to exchange or return an item for any reason please note that;
Our exchange and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original place with great condition, with all the paper hand tags and seals attached to the product like you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
KHEWELLA reserves the right to disapprove a return if the paper hand tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. If the returned items are used, soiled, altered, damaged or have any form of perfumes/scents on the fabric, your refund will not be accepted and you will be notified via email.
Please try on bikini bottoms or one-pieces over underwear for sanitary reasons. For the bikini bottoms, hygienic stickers should not be removed.
No exchange or returns are accepted on international orders.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For exchanges and returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please indicate specifically if you are asking for an exchange or return and in which products with names and sizes.
If it is an exchange please specify the desired model with specific name and size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please do not send your purchase back to our offices. We will indicate the address you should ship the product back after you contact us with specific information.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

As a fashion brand that cares about sustainability and uses materials coming from natural sources in its collections, our products can be delicate and can be easily snagged. We recommend that you follow the care instructions perfectly for all our products. In the circumstance the care instructions are not followed we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.
